Area Plans
As a CJA, we are required to produce an Area Plan identifying how we will deliver the National Strategy for the Management of Offenders at local level. The plan provides a context, framework and vision for the development and delivery of criminal justice services within NSCJA, under the terms of the Management of Offenders etc (Scotland) Act 2005. Annually we are required to produce an Action Plan which details how we will deliver the targets set in our Area Plan and also an Annual Report which details our progress against our Action Plan.
